In so many areas of her life, Monika Bacardi (ambidistribution) likes to show her deep sensitivity to social and environmental issues. She thinks that one should endeavour to work with a happy face and should try to stay positive. Lord Luis Bacardi (Lord of Bayfield Hall) was a descendant of the founder of the Bacardi Company. He and Lady Bacardi became husband and wife and had a little girl together. Lots of charitable organisations and causes are close to her heart, so Monika Bacardi spends a lot of her spare time promoting them.
l'Opera de Monte Carlo has been aided by Amis de l'Opera (an organisation that Monika Bacardi has contributed greatly to) for over 30 years. One of the reasons that she set out to create AMBI Pictures is that she wanted to encourage young filmmakers, on account of her strong interest in "The Seventh Art" (Cinema). Monika Bacardi is keen about photography and modern art, appreciating the works of many recognised photographers and artists.

She is originally from Italy. Having developed a keen interest in philanthropy and art, she pursued studies in arts and literature there. Owing to her love of cinema, she set up AMBI group (a cinematographic business based in Europe) in 2013. Monika Bacardi is a resident of Monaco, where she has been for more than twenty years.

Born in Italy, the "Lady of Bayfield Hall" (most commonly called Lady Bacardi, or just Monika Bacardi or, more recently, "The Queen of Charity") has become quite a personality in contemporary cinematic circles throughout the Continent and the USA. Her husband operated the Bacardi organisation for four decades prior to his death in the year 2005. Since then, Monika Bacardi has displayed an impressive business acumen. She joined forces with Andrea Iervolino to establish AMBI Pictures and, between them, they have produced an excellent list of movies for the international market.
