We are pleased to ship world wide via Canada Post. Depending on package size and destination the regular service will be small packet air or expedited parcel.  Shipping fees are waived on orders over $200  for all North American destinations unless there are special promotions.

Regular Service:  4-10 days  $9.99 USD per order

ExpressPost: 3-5 days  $19.99 USD per order

If you require a faster shipping time, please e-mail us after placing your order and we will quote you the additional costs for the upgraded service.

All orders will be shipped within 2 weeks of  payment confirmation. Actual shipping dates will be influenced by choice of pattern ,fabric and personalization requested , if any.

In most cases the order will be shipped with in 2 days of purchase.  Every effort will be made to provide a timely, quality service.

Products may only be returned if there are material or workmanship defects (eg. incorrect personalizaton).

Please contact our customer service via e-mail with the details and request a product return number (PRN). The PRN must be included with the product in order for us to process the return.  We will provide a replacement product  at our expense as quickly as possible.
